Thoughts on Monarch:
I still think Monarch is the best kit around! I have used them for years and will continue to do so for a long time

If I Could Improve One Thing:
I would improve the right hand finger protection. I feel that a hard impact on the right hand can often be felt through the glove and actually compresses the glove jarring fingers between inside of glove and stick
